Because our customers are important to us we aim to provide the most high quality packages at cost effective prices.

Below is our standard rate card for administration work and is provided to give you an indication of cost. We provide a customised quote for each client, depending on their needs. So if you don’t see what you want drop us a line and we will put together a quote suitable for your needs.

One Off Tasks

For one off tasks we charge a minimum administration rate of £45 plus an Hourly fee depending on what the task is and how long it takes to complete. Our hourly fees depend on whether you are a valued package customer or one of our  valued ‘when needed’ clients. We always charge value for money and never over charge our customers. Your loyalty as one of our ongoing customers is however rewarded with lower hourly fees.

Pre-Paid Packages

Need some work completed, but on a strict budget? Try our pre-paid options! Pay up front for a bundle of hours, then use them when you need them. The hours are valid for up to 12 months after purchase – you need never to worry about unexpected bills again!

HOURS  –  5 Hours @ £125 – that’s just £25 per hour

10 HOURS – Our most popular plan!  –  10 hours @ £225 – that’s just £22.50 per hour

50 HOURS  –  50 Hours @ £900 – that’s just £18 per hour

100 HOURS  –  100 Hours @ £1600 – that’s just £16 per hour

 

Retainer Packages

If you have consistent and ongoing work, our retainer packages are just the thing for you! One set amount per month covers all of our work. Easy to budget for, and only pay for the hours you use.

BASIC  –  £500 per month – for up to 20 hours support/month

PREMIUM – Our most popular plan! – £1500 per month –  for up to 60hours support/month

PLATINUM – £2000 per month  –  for up to 100 hours support/month

Full-Time Virtual Administration Support – £13 per hour, (ongoing contracts)

 

Business Babysitting

Want to take a vacation, but don’t want to abandon your clients?

We’re happy to look after your business while you’re away. From replying to emails to answering phone calls — sometimes we can even complete your work for you! Packages start at £200 per week.
